RETURN POLICY

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If item is defective or arrives damaged we will cover the cost of a return or replacement. Please send photos to email address below along with your order#. Please note, damaged or defective products need to be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests that are the result of the customer not reading the details; including size, color, purpose, material, etc, we will still accept a return if un-used and in original packaging- however the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. Once the item arrives back to us, after inspection it has not been used, we will issue a full refund.

Items that are returned to sender because of an invalid address given by customer- the customer is responsible to pay for a new shipping label if they want us to re-ship the package back. We will send you an invoice. If customer does not want us to ship the item back out, the refund will be less the price of the original shipping label.
