Refund policy

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If item is defective or arrives damaged we will cover the cost of a return or replacement.  Please send photos to email address below along with your order#.  Please note we need to be notified of a defective or damaged product within 7 days of receipt.

Return requests that are the result of the customer not reading the details; including size, color, purpose, material, etc, we will still accept a return if un-used and in original packaging- however the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping.  Once the item arrives back to us, after inspection it has not been used, we will issue a full refund.

Items that are returned to sender because of an invalid address given by customer- the customer is responsible to pay for a new shipping label if they want us to re-ship the package back.  We will send you an invoice.  If customer does not want us to ship the item back out, the refund will be less the price of the original shipping label.

Regarding cancellation requests before an item has shipped:  If an item/order has not shipped yet, you can request a cancellation for that order.  NOTE: Any order over $25 that is canceled and refunded prior to shipment will incur a 6% fee, deducted from the refund.  The 6% is calculated based on the entire charge amount.  The reason for this is because when a customer pays and then decides to cancel an order, we are still charged a 6% fee by the credit card processing merchant.  Even when refunding a customer, we do not get this money back.  As a small family business, we cannot take this loss on large purchases.  If the order is canceled due to a change of address, change of payment method or the order is replaced within 30 days for any reason- a 6% discount will be provided back to the buyer as a courtesy only.  Please note that if/when a canceled order wants to be placed again, the customer needs to contact us prior to checking out so we can manually adjust the invoice to receive this credit.  Once the new order has been placed, we are then again charged for the full 6% credit card fee and a refund for this courtesy discount on future order cannot be refunded back to customer.  The discount MUST be applied to order before checkout.  Thank you for your understanding. 

If an item has shipped and you would like to cancel:  We cannot cancel items that have already been shipped.  If you would like to return the item, once you receive it, the buyer is responsible for paying for return postage to send the item back to us.  The refund, once we receive the item back, will be less the cost of the original shipping label cost.
